Privacy policy
This policy applies to Marriage Profile & Biodata for Android, package app.marriageprofile.biodata.
Profile information
Names, photos, contact details, family information, cultural details and other profile content you enter are processed locally on your device. The developer does not operate an account system or cloud profile database and does not receive this content. Saved profiles remain in private app storage. When supported by Android, exported PDF and image copies are also written to your Downloads folder. You choose if and where to share them.
Photos and files
The app uses Android's system file picker when you choose a photo. It does not request broad access to your photo library or device storage. Android's secure share sheet is used when you share an exported file.
Advertising and consent
The app uses Google Mobile Ads to display advertising. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, diagnostics, ad interactions and consent choices to provide, secure, measure and personalise ads where permitted. A consent message is requested where required, and eligible users can reopen privacy choices from Settings. Profile document content is not sent to the advertising SDK by the app.
Firebase and accounts
The app does not use Firebase, analytics accounts, user login or cloud synchronisation.
Retention and deletion
Profiles remain on your device until you delete them in the app, clear app storage or uninstall the app. Copies exported to Downloads or shared to another service must be deleted from those locations separately.
Children
The app is intended for adults creating marriage profiles and is not directed to children.
Security
We minimise permissions and keep profile content local, but no device or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Review sensitive details before sharing and send files only to people you trust.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
